You can make a Bills Protection claim if you’ve been using your Monese Classic or Premium subscription to pay monthly recurring personal bills up until the date of your claim if you live in the UK, are aged 18 or over and under 65 years old.
For Bills Protection following an accident, sickness or involuntary loss of employment: you must have been employed for at least 16 hours a week under a contract of employment that does not have a fixed or implied end date (if it does have an end date, then you are still covered up until the end date). You do not have to be employed to claim for the hospital stay benefit.
